THE DREAM - The first dream was in a gorgeous paradise atmosphere where my wife and I were walking. I was thankfully praising creator God vocally over and over, saying how beautiful this place was. We later came to a beautiful bridge with a giant python sleeping under it. We approached the bridge from one end of the shallow creek below. We were at a very safe distance observing the snake while it was sleeping, when suddenly it woke up and moved toward us, in a matter of seconds, it was right in front of me. I pushed my wife to the side, and she simply disappeared. At this point, this colossal python or anaconda analyses me, and eventually pushes its head against my right knee. I felt somewhat calm at first, but soon threatened and had no idea what I was going to do (I felt screwed). At this point, I woke up.

GUESSWORK Over a year before the dream the dreamer completely surprised his wife out of the blue by telling her that he had cheated on her 2 years before. She was baffled as to why he told her, and decided to give him another chance when he told her that he wanted to come clean and not keep any secrets from her. They both discussed some sporadic memories she had about her infidelity the night before the dream.

ASSOCIATIONS AND SYMBOLISM The dreamer made the following associations and symbolic meanings:
- PARADISE : When the dreamer told his wife of his cheating he was a in a perfect situation. It was out of the blue.
- WIFE : If the dreamer had been thinking about his wife then its likely the dream was about her in some way.
- SNAKE : This represents the problems with the relationship.

ANALYSIS The dream deals with these themes:
- A real problem
- An assessment of how bad a problem is.
- A sense of paradise where everything is going right
